Nikon 50mm f/1.8 Series E

Today I just purchased a new Lens for my D5000.

The Nikon 50mm f/1.8 Series E, this lens is a classic from the 1970's.
I was able to purchase it off of Craigslist for $20.

The lens is a manual focus, and changing the f-stop number.

I have been trying to get a lens that has a f/1.8, and for $20 I couldn't pass up the deal.

Things I have been reading about this lens, the lens does take awesome pictures. However, it does have a bit of learning curve. So far after playing around with the lens, I have found that using manual mode is easy, and delivers awesome results.

The only problem I have found so far, is that I am quiet slow at adjusting the lens to not to get blurry pictures.
