Engaged!

So Joe Lutz is not an engaged man! He told me today, that he proposed to Cath last night.
Said that he was going to do it a while ago, but because of the previous problems... it was Delayed..

Ran a 5k today... whew extremely difficult, 25:34... Couldn't keep it up...

Weight last week 239.6lbs. Weigh-ins tomorrow! I'm hoping for the best.
